I have been keeping up the training and my current weight is now 13 stone 8 pounds having gained a pound which is probably down to a weekend away at my mates.
Whilst away I was reading a Maximuscle magazine which I found really interesting. My mate Paul is a firm believer of the benefits of these supplements, he trains 3 to 4 times a week with impressive results. I have therefore decided to give Maximuscle a whirl.
I have opted for the following supplements:
- 1. Maximuscle Thermobol - 1 month course of fat loss capsules. Thermobol is a weight management solution to help you achieve your weight management goals, as part of your diet and training regime.
- 2. Promax Protein Supplement - which adds extra protein to your diet, which is vital for building muscle, especially for people who train with weights on a regular basis. Protein is also essential whilst dieting to reduce the loss of muscle tissue.
Obviously I have taken these descriptions from the website so I will be able to give you my honest opinions after I have given them a good testing. I intend to take the Thermobol for 1 month and Promax for at least 3 months.
I ordered them today so will let you know when they arrive.
