I’ve been doing a lot of running on treadmills recently (like this one - Beny MotiveFitness TVT1 Treadmill With Tv)

I always aim to do 2.5km in about 15 minutes or so with an incline of about 6°. This caused the tread on my trainers to rapidly deteriorate resulting in me nearly splitting my kipper in the pub last night.

I have therefore been forced to by a pair of trainers (Nike Air Max Classics) which are the whitest trainers I have worn for a while. Hopefully the tread on these will last a while before danger of a blowout on the treadmill.

My current weight is now 13 stone 9 pounds taking my total weight loss to 19 pounds. Get in.
