I stepped up my training today pushing myself that bit harder and longer, spent an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill and moved down a notch on some of the weight benches. It hurt like hell, but I will stick with this. Still going every other day.

Had a busy week at work so looking forward to the weekend.

My weight this evening was 13 stone 10 pounds. Excellent.
