One of my favourite stars when growing up was Jean Claude Van Damm, with a VHS of Kickboxer being permanently in my video player most of 1989 and 1990.

I decided to buy Kickboxer on DVD to relive memories of spinning roundhouse kicks when getting into bed. I was highly amused however to re-discover what are quite possibly some of the greatest dance moves ever captured on film.

This got me thinking as I have recently developed an interest in all things dance. From ‘Dancing on Ice’ to the excellent ‘So you think you can Dance’ which is shown on Living TV in the UK. I would one day like to be able to bust a few moves (as I have also got a reputation for bad breakdancing in nightclubs around town) so I’m going to put street dancing lessons on my list of ‘things I’d like to do with your cash’ click here for the list.
